Mango Margaritas

I couldn't resist whipping these up when I made some ranch chicken tacos for dinner. The mango is probably my most favorite fruit and that means it makes a heck of a good margarita!

I found this recipe on the Pioneer Woman's blog and posted it here with my Super Bowl Preparations but never got around to making them until tonight and they turned out great.

I did cut the recipe in half because it was meant for 8 and it was just me and Kyle so we had plenty left over---or did we? ha
